Today some members of our class went to the Challenge to Change showcase in Kilkenny. As you know we have been trying to reduce food waste in our school community over the past few months and have been learning all about the negative effects of food waste on the environment. A huge well done to all the girls who came to Kilkenny. They represented the school excellently. Another huge well done to all the girls back in Scoil Mhuire who could not come on the day.
